Terms of service

Paid plans are being prepared. Paddle Sandbox testing does not collect real payments.

Service and seller

Riffwise is provided by Igor Sarkulov, an individual/self-employed operator based in Cyprus, [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. Riffwise creates user-invoked writing suggestions and does not automatically publish. You must review every output.

Accounts

Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and report unauthorized use. One account is for one person unless a plan says otherwise. You must be at least 16 and able to enter a contract.

Plans and billing

Current allowances are on the pricing page. Successful generations count toward the monthly allowance; unused generations do not roll over. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Paddle displays the final price, tax, currency, and renewal details and is the planned merchant of record for paid purchases. Riffwise remains the software provider.

Cancellation and consumer rights

Cancel renewal through the Paddle customer portal. Access normally continues to the end of the paid period. Mandatory consumer rights—including applicable cooling-off or withdrawal rights—remain unaffected. The Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refund Policy is part of these terms.

Your content and output

You retain rights you hold in input and must have permission to process it. Output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to output generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing and using it. Do not submit passwords, card data, confidential material, or sensitive personal data without authorization.

Acceptable use

Follow the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to stop abuse, protect infrastructure, investigate material breach, or comply with law.

Availability and changes

Availability is not guaranteed. Third-party website changes may temporarily affect detection or insertion. Material subscription or price changes will be communicated as required and apply prospectively.

Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent allowed, Riffwise is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, platform moderation, or harm caused by publishing unreviewed output. Aggregate liability for paid service is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.

Termination, law, and contact

You may cancel and request deletion. Legally required records may be retained. These terms are governed by [GOVERNING LAW] without removing mandatory consumer protections. Contact: igor@sarkulov.com.
