Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds

Cancel renewal

Cancel at any time from Riffwise Settings → Manage subscription. Paddle confirms the effective date. Unless a refund or mandatory law applies, Pro remains available through the paid period and will not renew.

Consumer withdrawal rights

Consumers may have a statutory cooling-off period for online service contracts, commonly 14 days from purchase. Riffwise does not ask you to waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Email igor@sarkulov.com with your account email, purchase date, and a clear statement that you withdraw. Where law permits a proportionate charge for service supplied at your express request, it may be deducted. Required refunds are processed without undue delay through the original payment method.

Other refunds

Outside mandatory rights, completed billing periods are generally non-refundable. Duplicate charges, billing errors, and charges after an effective cancellation will be corrected. Exceptional service failures are reviewed fairly.
