Support and account deletion

Paid plans are being prepared. Paddle Sandbox testing does not collect real payments.

Support

Email igor@sarkulov.com from your account email. Include Chrome and extension versions, approximate time, and the error message. Never send passwords, card data, or private conversation text. Target response time: five business days.

Cancel a subscription

Open Riffwise Settings → Manage subscription. Paddle's portal is the authoritative place for cancellation dates, invoices, and payment methods.

Delete an account

Open Riffwise Settings → Account and data → Request account deletion, then type DELETE. Cancel an active subscription first. Account and usage records are normally deleted or anonymized within 30 days after verification. Financial, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, and security records may be retained where legally required.
